About the founder

Kristina Tollefsen holds a Double Degree in Journalism and International Business (QUT,) alongside an Advanced Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with a focus on Business English. Her career began as a journalist at an Australian radio station while still at university before transitioning to corporate communications. With over 15 years of training experience, she has taught Business English to employees at all levels, from SMEs to Managing Directors in London and Berlin.

She is dedicated to designing friendly, engaging, and customised courses that empower employees to enhance their skills and excel in their careers in an international environment.

Kristina was raised bilingual in Finnish and English, and has also studied French and Norwegian. This background provides her with a robust understanding of the challenges and nuances involved in learning both a second and third language
